Error when trying to create account name with letters, how do I put letters and numbers? or put in the description that you need to use numbers?

This is the error that occurs when trying to create an account with letters instead of numbers. \/

According to the screenshot, it shows that you can create the account name with letters, but it's actually only allowed with numbers!! \/
