Error when trying to log on accouts on an sql server please help :(

I keep getting this error when trying to log on to my account manager and god char it loads them than crashes the client :


sqlite3_step(): SQLITE ERROR: columns id, world_id are not unique


How do i fix this? im rather new to running ots lol
