I believe this was caused by mod_evasive which protects the httpd from DoS/DDoS attacks. As long as it doesn't happen too often it isn't really a problem, but it would be good if you could let us know what the time was in CET when this happend so we can check our logs and report this to the attackers ISP and/or add the IP(s) to iptables.
