Windows Error with accmaker (myaccout/login/logout)

Hello, i have a small trouble with my accmaker.

I instaled fresh acc in xampp.
And this it what happened:

(Nie jesteś Zalogowany! - You are not logged in!
Zaloguj - Login
Utwórz konto - Register)

When i click one from this it show me this:

How can i fix it plz help, or give me normal gesior acc with smsshop (working)

in config.lua find this

	url = "127.0.0.1"

and change it to

	url = ""
