Error with Gesior 0.3.8 AAC

quando entro em meu localhost

mas se vou vou config.ini e ponho no lugar do ''no'' start ele entra, istala e abre site
mas outra pergunta, como faço que meus amigos entrem em meu site?
ai quando fexo o local host, vou config.ini denovo ele esta como 'no' na pasta denovo.
o que devo fazer?
eu consigo cadastrar carregar dados mecher no site inteiro e tals, mas fica la localhost/index e tals
queria saber como fazer para poderem entrar em no meu site.
