Error with RME.exe 2.2 PLEASE HELP

I have installed rme 2.2 today and I tryied to open Remere's map editor but the error comes out
RME.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry points _expect_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.
PLEASE HELP !

Don't working for me

EDIT: Works! but even when you start RME the dll appears again and same error
