Everytime I try to host my own server it won't connect...

When I make my own ot and start it up with my ip into the config and ports open, it just comes up with a game server connection error {10061}. I have been having this problem with hosting since I reformatted my computer. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Did you open port 7172 and do you have this ip What Is My IP Address � | Shows Your IP Address. in config.lua?
Also do you use your IPv4 address to login with the pc you host the server and the ip from What Is My IP Address � | Shows Your IP Address. to login with other computers?
