I was looking in Tibia.Wiki and I found this article about the famous "Excalibug" sword.

It has alot of information inside it, though I don't have the level in real tibia to search the places it says.

So, I thought I'd share it incase someone is as intrigued as I am.
 
Yea, Tibia has many myths like excalibug, basilisk, steampowered spikesword, minotaur mage @ rookgard, fire sword @ rookgard (Ppl already discovered how to make sword disappear, but none knows where sword gets teleported or smth.), Ferumbra (No, it's not ferumbras :p) or beholders language. I hope someday we'll know if one of them is true or just myth.

Where is fire sword on Rookgaard don't u mean Spike Sword? :P I didn't play RL for long time so I might be wrong.
 
There isnt a fire sword on rook lol.
But yeah I'd like to find out some of the myths to see if their true or not.
 
Where can i find spike sword? is it in mage room.. where the mino mage is .. and how do i get that key?
 
Heiii don't make me start trying get the spike sword again. I read like 150 pages at otfans to get information about the 'Sword of fury' You can get it, atleast that is what knightmare said (the guy who mapped rook) Anyway sunrise got the sword and he once said 'think of who amber really is', amber the girl at the trading room in rookgaard. Also when you said 'orc' to amber she would say something like she didn't wanna talk about them. As far as i know she was kidnapped by orcs. About the minotaur mage, I don't think it's possible to get in there. Since the mino mage locked himself into that room to protect the teleport, The tp leads to mintwallin. There's also a book in ancient temple that has some connection to rookgaard about an adventure or something and they met a dragon. Exalibug was created by one of cipsoft's mappers i think, He spawned it somewhere on the map so he could go grab it. Anyway there is a 'dragon slayer' and some other items on rookgaard (atleast there was), It's a funny story actually. There was a tutor event all tutors lvl 8+ could join and there was a guy in rookgaard lvl 4 or 5 who also got tped there because he is a tutor, After the event the GM who tped people there forgot about him, so he walked around in main and some people was like 'Oo level 4 in main' so they gave him blue robe, dragon slayer and something else. Then the GM tped him back to rookgaard. More about the SoF (sword of fury). There was a video on youtube a guy taking creature corpse and a vial of blood and got a golden key or something, this was proven to be false. But there is a theory that you need 1 'pile of bone' from a wolf,orc,minotaur and some more stuff to get a key to the minotaur mage room, but still the tp leads to mintwallin so that theory doesn't work out. People have tried to obtain the sword for over 9 years. I think they are really close.
 
Ah, and beholders language has something with Winged Helmet ;).

Haha yeah.

I prefer to play Antica rookgaard still, seeming as it's the oldest server and probably has the most people who know about rookgaard on it.
Also, I think that it is obtainable, no one has been clever enough to get it though.

Sunrise recieved it as a present from Cipsoft apparently. He also has scale armor, legends say.

The Excalibug was created by a mapper, he put it there to get it on his character, but was later found and removed. Perhaps theres another one out there still? Or something better?

Yeah but they changed the Exalibug to low atk or none at all i think, you can see it somewhere in main i think.
 
I think they'll make items like Horned Helmet obtainable in some update. Why?
Look at Demon Legs, in old times they were obtainable from Demon Helmet Quest but later CipSoft removed this item from DHQ, now you can get Demon Legs again, from Demon Oak. Horned Helmet? Obtainable from Bright Sword Quest, then removed, so I guess someday it'll be obtainable again. :p

He has the complete Tibia server that was hacked in 7.72.

He said everything doesn't work; no sword of fury, the coordination in the teleport on Rook with the mino mage takes you nowhere (there were no coordinations, the 469 has no connections to anyone in the game (can be decoded but there's no use). Basilisk says/does nothing, just the true role-play, in the legends, if you look at the basilisk, you will die. The serpentine tower has been partially solved, there was a contest on Tibia - Free Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game - MMORPG role-play forums for the first to free the behemoth, vampire, and fire elemental. They are now able to be released but still held secret, the clues are on that thread, but the room full of items remain unknown.
