Buying Excelent and unique server or map

Ive got a completely 100% tibia 7.4 server but it is not based on TFS but under Avesta.
There's every single tibia NPC scripted as at real tibia There are all quests available. Monsters are based, same as npcs on real tibia files. Teleports and such a staff is based on real tibia teleports.dat
There are books at the libraries, signs are working aswell. Distribution is edited as hell, so for example all uh traps, shields are working accuratly as it used to work at real tibia.
Selling because of seeing that I prolly wont handle that by myself and I do not know anyone trusty.
I well sell it one time only, lets say I will exchange that for Guild Wars 2 digital key. it costs something about 55€ (or 60$ if you will find it anywhere in dollars/160pln if u r from PL).
Let me know what do you think, if you will be interested I will let you into server so you will check out that I am not lying
