execute raids

Is there a way to make a mod/script That will check an specified area for monsters, and when these monsters are dead it will execute a specific raid file?

Example a lever spawn 4 demons, when these demons are dead. A raid file wich contain other set of monsters will automatic be started.

If these demons are not dead the mod/scrip wait for them to die.

Is there any1 who would like to share/try make one?=)

thats probally fucking hard but you should use globalevents and creature scripts and actions.
Globalevent for your raid;d
creaturescripts for the dead of the demons.
action for your lever
