Exhaust 8.1

Hi.

Simple. I just wondering if it's possible to remove the exhaust from 8.1 server.
etc.
When a player cast exori frigo it takes a second or 2 before u can heal again.
That's 50% of all deaths on 8.1 ot im tellin u.
If somone know what to do please help me.

Go spells and remove exhaust from there.. if 2000 = 2 sec - if 1000 = 1 sec.. ect.
