Exhausted for runes 7.x

Hello i have big problem and i have no idea how to solve it.
Im using avesta and i want to set exhausted for rune the problem is in config.lua i can set the exhausted for all runes and it has been set to 2000ms but now i want to set difrent exhausted than in config.lua to uh rune. How to do it?
