Exhaustion spell

I've question about spells, How can i create spell with exhaustion itself only i mean if i use it i get exhaustion for like 10 seconds and i can use another spells normally cuz of i made spell and set exhaustion of it like 10 seconds and i can't use any spell during this time :S

Version? deppending on your version, this spells is inside the same group of other spells, so the cooldown (exhaustion) is the same for the group... You may try to change the spell group

sorry forgot to write my tfs , Its 0.3.6 actually this spell is mod and this one is reflection of hits :S and there is storage
