Exhuast to fish

When ever i fish it like does non stop clicking, like u can spam the fishing rod... So how do i add exhaust for that? so it wont Spam the rod?

how long should the exhaust be? i'm asking because if it's short, it can be made with conditions

uhm.. i just want it like a reg fishing rod, what ever you would think the exhaust would be for that.
