Hello well how the tittle say i put on my ot server tfs 0.4 dev a amulet give 2x exp for vip players work perfect but when i create the item with my gm or i bought from my page and equip the amulet instant my ot crash and dont say error on the Console please help me i dont know what i need to do sorry for my bad english

It's a common bug in these servers. It has something to do with the onEquip function. If you create the amulet while you are wearing an amulet, it will appear in your backpack so then it won't crash.
What you can do to prevent the amulet from appearing in an empty amulet slot is for example add it as container item in a bag.
