Lua Exp by players (8.50)

Hello, I got a problem. When I'm changing into pvp-enforced (war) in my config does players get loads of exp. Can someone post me a script or somthing there I can change the exp by player rate.

rateExperienceFromPlayers = 10

This will give 10% of lost EXP to the fragger.
