Lua ExpSpeed info

Hello guys, i have a problem with new function i need help with this becouse it's not working. My question is how can i get informations "experience to next level, next lvl after ...h ...min ...sec, levels/h" and 2 thing is to do it to work although in skill window we have experience=0 in skills window

Effects i would like have:
"experience to next level, next lvl after ...h ...min ...sec, levels/h"
or
"% to next level, next lvl after ...h ...min ...sec, %/h"

Can someone help me with this, i have no source so i would like to do it without use source scripts

I was test it on respawn, although i was on spot and i was killing monsters i didnt get information on panel
