Extreme high experience rate TP OT [Thoughts & Ideas]

Want to make this stated before you even start to read, if you're like most Otland members (prefer low exp) and don't got anything @onTopic to say please, please, please.. don't comment.

So years ago i had an Tibia server which was crazy high exp rate server, at least for being back then.
The server was between 8.10 & 8.4~ but it had many functions which forced you to be playing without bot a lot to keep up with those who hardcore leveled. Beside that the community was great, it had a forum and several people helped through forum, mail etc by sending ideas, balances, bugs etc. The server shutdown after 8 months since that was how long i got assistance from my brother having the OT at their servers & since i didn't got any income i couldn't pay for server host. Back then it existed very very few OTs that had donation items and i mine wasn't one of them so it didn't went around.

This is something i wanna experience again, the happy & helping community, botting or not if its enjoying for people, they can go on but i would focus making it more rewarding for people playing on their self.

The average level back then was 140 000, map and everything looked horrible, but the fun game play was there and its what counts.

What I'd first want help with is setting the experience stage and what kind of systems that should be there. Also wanna mention that back then the map was custom and its something I'd really keep, however it still depends on the players prefers.

Q&A

Q: Can i get staff?
A: When we get the OT going we will by time reward helping players with staff position.

Q: Can i get free items or levels?
A: Free items, levels or any kind of that stuff wont be obtained by staff members.

Q: Are you allowed to use bot?
A: You are allowed to use bot as far as you wont destroy the peace of an quest or blocking of areas. Several tutors will have jail position which they can use if they find your bot disturbing, by example if you block off quest areas.

Q: Will this be hosted legit?
A: A server will be rented, DDOS "protection" will be there which will limit flooding, yes.

Q: Will there be an beta server i can play in?
A: A beta server will be online running probably around June, contact me by PM if you're interested and details will be sent with login information to join.

A: Yes. Should increase the attack but should make a pretty low maximum value. Else people will abuse and upgrade 100 times and get OP.

A: Something i like is when you doesn't start with Premium, so you need to hunt to get gold to purchase it through NPC. And getting gold shouldn't be easy else it's like giving it out for free when you're creating the account. High XP servers with VERY low loot rate is something thats missing from the current servers.

Are you trying to change my opinion? Well, good luck.
Most of the high XP servers has like 5-10x loot rate which is too high.

I have played a few years back an very good high exp server.
I can't remember the name but basically you would get your equipment for killing bosses.
