it's simply because they'll get about 99,92% less then they would from paypal. (no seriously but it's still like 40-70% less)
 
And this should go at Feedback board though some suggestions of this same case have been ignored.

Fix that? It's not broken to be fixed. It doesn't exist. Also before you write such kind of rage titles, plz do it in the correct section at least.
