So, In Australia we have "Capped" Internet.

Meaning...
If we're on a 10GB plan, we can only download 10GB a month (Sometimes uploads are included too).

If we go over 10GB our internet speed is slowed to 64/64kb.
Which is pretty much dial-up speed.

Our main telecommunications company is Telstra (Telecom).
And they have control over everything. Which is why we're paying 80AUS a month for a 1500/512kb 10GB Plan.

Fail.

Btw, how badly do you think that kind of speed would affect playing MW2.
Not very informed on how speeds affect gaming.

Everyone always goes on about Ping, but never about your connection speed when playing games online.

If your playing Australian -> Australian it should be fine, but if your playing with like Australian -> French, you will be laggy.

Got the same problem in nz

Playing MW2 sucks because your crap ass connection to the host...
It pretty much depends on ping as far as i know.
The lower your ping the better the chance of you getting host on MW2, because the game searches for the best host to have the less lag in the game.

I've had host 3 times since I've owned MW2 and thats since 14th Dec?
