So, In Australia we have "Capped" Internet.
Meaning...
If we're on a 10GB plan, we can only download 10GB a month (Sometimes uploads are included too).
If we go over 10GB our internet speed is slowed to 64/64kb.
Which is pretty much dial-up speed.
Our main telecommunications company is Telstra (Telecom).
And they have control over everything. Which is why we're paying 80AUS a month for a 1500/512kb 10GB Plan.
Fail.
