I guess you should/could take a look at this video and you might find the error and/or maybe watch and make a new db as he does it.

When you downloads znote aac you have a folder called lua, in there you will find the script you need

add in znoteshop.lua talkactions folder and this text in it (talkaction XML.txt) in talkactions.xml. from your server folder.
