I don't think he said yolo, from what I heard from other people, he said "ne oldu" or "nooldu", which means "what happened?" in Turkish.
Also, he was wielding a non-lethal weapon, it is a gas pistol, mainly designed for self-defense. Even if it had gone off, it wouldn't kill him.
