Fast Attack problem

I got a problem on my OT, when you stand still and shoot a monster you shoot with normal speed, but when you run around you shoot 3000 bolts a seconds, it's the same if you spam attack on the monster.

How do i fix this ?

it was years ago i did a server but look in vocations and try to find some thing about attack speed and set it to maybe 1 i dont know but try something like that

Source edit... This a known problem Also when u stand still u can re-target ur target multiple times to shoot it faster. It's like this on all servers. ^^

I dont know And neither does any1 else.. I don't know any1 that have been able to fix this problem ^^ I guess its something ull have to live with
