Fastest way to get $5?

So my main paypal account is frozen, all I got is my paypal account I use for Tibia, OT, etc etc.

Though that account is linked to an old card and I don't want to add my new card to it.

So I need a quick method to add $5 to my paypal account, any ideas?

Well I got good news for you then; you don't need any kinda of webserver to create a layout as long as it doesn't use a server side language. So go do a sexy layout and sell cheap for 5$, do a quality one and 5$ is a fair price for just the html & css.

Gesior and modern use a server side language. You can still create the html & css part and sell it though, as I said; if it's quality, 5$ is a fair price for an "uncoded gesior/modern layout".
