Change the map back to "8.20 & 8.31" and save it. The changes made on the mapeditor wont be deleted or damaged and you will be able to see them in the server (if you're using client 8.4 of course).

Everytime you want to modify the map to put some more 8.4 stuff, open it (and dont freak out if you dont see the new stuff, you will see red squares but thats only before you change to 8.4 :thumbup:) convert it to 8.4 to see and make the modifications but when you finish, always save it on "8.20 & 8.31".

Thats probably because you're using TFS 0.2 (or maybe another but Im pretty sure the newest TFS doesnt have this problem), and that one doesnt support 8.4 maps.

Also, remember to always make a backup file (of the latest working file made) of everything before making modifications! You never know what could happen so just in case.

You can't use that 8.4 simone's editor for the latest TFS, it still saves 8.4 as the "fake" .otbm version (It's actually 8.31 .otbm version, just with 8.4 sprites added.)
