Featured Article

I want to have a 'featured article box' on my homepage, just like tibia.com.
I'm using geisors aac.

I found this in config-and-functions:

I activated the News Tickers in this file but i can't find a way to activate the featured article box.. I'm not good at php at all..

I would be very happy if someone could help me out here! :wub:
