Solved fetch blacklist error while start tfs 0.3.6

Hiho! Me and my mate are trying to put up some sort of OT server and we'r getting an error in the consol and we were hoping some cute OtLander would help us out here.

I/O warning : failed to load HTTP resource

Close thread, we removed blacklist from our otserv.cpp. now its running fine without any bug.
