Windows few question about dedical serv and accmaker

Hi i have few short questions to u:

1.I have database at my comp now (friends can log in by hamachi) if I export all informations (players, account etc) and import then to database in dedical it will be working?

2.Now about acc maker. Im using gesior for tfs 3.0.6. when i will edit something at my comp(know that i can edit layout) i can paste it to accmaker at dedic and it will be working too? (maybe there is something that i shouldnt edit at my comp; please tell me)

3.(stupid but want to be sure) if i will isntal acc maker at my comp can i copy all files from xampp/htdocs to dedic xampp/htdocs location and will be fine or i have to install again and replace them?

4.how i can configure sms shop with sms payments, credit card etc (have some tutorial?)

for now i think its all.
