Few questions about OTS in general!

Hello. I want to get back into OTS world. Therefore I have two questions:

1. What is greatest and most popular TFS version and tibia version atm, on which I could make my own ots? Tibia 8.6? TFS 0.3.6?

2. Are files needed to compile/modify TFS 0.3.6 available?

Mostly people around here are using TFS 0.4 and TFS 0.3.6 with the 8.6 Version. Though you have to donate to get TFS 0.4.

Sources are available for 0.3.6 at the Public Subversion.
