The random low level pking solution will be announced tomorrow. I just haven't had the time to fix this issue, since we had this huge update coming up. But ill try get on with it tomorrow, if i got any time left over.

i think lower experience and a harsher punishment for player killing will solve this problem like how CIP's player killing system is
