Lua First Items 10.53

Ok so i noticed that

does not have first items, so im using Znote aac so i uploaded the first items, and added znotes first items into scripts folder and added
<event type="login" name="Firstitems" event="script" value="firstitems.lua"/>
to creaturescripts.xml

Restarted server and make a new character, logged in and still start with nothing?

Any errors in the DOS window? Mind posting any codes involved in it's functioning process.

no errors i can see in terminal, and its the standard znote first items
