Fix the bloody login server

So i thought that after a while the admins must be used to the login server crashing at the scheduled saves but it seams like they still hav not noticed it. It is now close to 5h that theres been impossible to login and still there has been no sign at all that some one is trying to do something about it.
This is pissing me and probably alot other players off.

I'd appreciate if someone in the staff could let us know why the server is crashing, if they know what the problem is about, if they're trying to fix it, when they guess the problem will be solved, if the problem will be solved at all?

I don't want to be a jackass and complain all time, but this problem has occured several times over the month and I haven't seen any information from the staff about this issue.
