I closed the old ip changer even from the icon beside the clock and downloaded the new ip changer and still dosent work.
 
First of all, make sure to remove your OLD ip-changer permanently, then download the new one to prevent you to open the old one instead of the new one. You guys also need to add a new client to the IP-changer and localize your Tibia 10.>21< directory.
 
I FIXED IT :D u need to delete the ip changer off ur pc go in program files or something or ur user and just delete and redownload :D
