Flags and custom flags generator

Couldn't find proper board to post this so I'm posting here.

As there's no more Elf's site to custom flag generator I decided to copy his code from Web Archive and created new site with it.

I also copied hem.bredband.net/johannesrosen/playerflags.html

I've added both generators to one site and splitted them with JQuery Tabs.

Since some time the code of the flags generator is available online on github: slawkens/ots-flags-calculator (https://github.com/slawkens/ots-flags-calculator)
