Compiling Flags for TFS 1.0

Could anyone post link / list of flags that you can use to compile tfs 1.0 ? and how to compile it with custom flags.

For example, i cannot use command /serverdiag because i have no flag while compiling.

17:09 This command requires the server to be compiled with the ENABLE_SERVER_DIAGNOSTIC flag.

Also i believe it could fix bug report system if there is a flag for that.

How come ? When i type that command it says that i have to compile my tfs with ENABLE_SERVER_DIAGNOSTIC flag.
