Got 219 today :

After that my friend Taisho was trying to find Midnight Panther for 2 hours but nothing , so I decided to help him.
He was sad cuz he can't find it as u you can see on first picture Then I went to east spawn and panther spawned just infront of me ! and he got it finally ! :

It's called "charged ghost charm" or "charged ghostly charm" im not sure i cant login now to tell you .
I bought it from market but you can get it trough Shadows of Yalahar quest missions .
