hello I need help Creating a server and I want to use the flash client from this source

and I have a request could someone explain to me how to compile the source engine folder server ? because I can not compile it the normal way as an ordinary tfs

I do it all on the debian vps 8 x64 and the command make nothing happens and I do not know what's going on ?

any help I would be very grateful :)
