Yo guys im about to install Gesior account manager

Im on step 2 and get this problem

Delete all comments (like -- Highscores) from config.

Its done now but another error came im on step 2

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';', expecting T_FUNCTION in C:\xampp\htdocs\pot\OTS_DB_SQLite.php on line 68

Do you know the problem? please help me ill rep
