Solved Forbidden - Moddern Acc

hello there

i have a problem

that players when try to go to my site " 7effect.hopto.org" they get

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

in-same time , i can log from 127.0.0.1 , localhost , 7effect.hopto.org

so what the problem , i have ESET Smart Security " NOD32 " i tryed to shut down the firewall but same problem so what shall i do !!

What OS do you use and there is any .htaccess file in www/ or htdocs/ folder?
And did you open port 80?

im using Win7 64Bit and yes there .htaccess file in www of course i have 80 opened !

do you using xampp or uniform server?
