Is there a way to force the client to always display full addon, even if you dont have the addons ingame, just forcing all outfits to their third state?

Well, I dunno about tibia.dat.. but why not just make a creatureevent that forces both addons to be enabled, anytime a character attempts to change to a new outfit?

oh i meant purely client-sided using Dat/Spr Editor only, the purpose being having full addons that only i can see. I know some bots can do this but the servers i play usually have Anti-bot but you can still mess around with dat/spr files.

Well, if you can mess around with the sprites. Just replace the non-addon sprite with the full-addon sprite?

This is how it looks, for the assassin outfit there are 288 Sprites and they,re all in one "Item" so there arent separate sprites for full addon assassin, there is the assassin outfit and then there are the addons which just get added on top of the outfit depending on the setting
0 = no addons
1 = first addon
2 = second addon
3 = both addons

what i wanna do is somehow force the setting to be 3 by default, instead of 0
