CreatureEvent Forever-Skull amulet <count Frags>

doesn't work for me,if i let mosters attack me,after some time the amulet is gone
 
doesn't work... my aol works perfectly but this my items drop when I die but the amulet stays. any reason why? im using TFS 0.2.14
