Forgotten V1.* (Need help)

When i press to open the server a "CMD" likely windows popups and Closes just as fast as it shows up? how to fix ?

yes its correct, wont start anyway, i tried hes earlier server that worked same as the video shows

you need a webserver for mysql
you dont have a mysql server to connect to so the server closes right after opening
xampp by apache is what i usually use

You should use Uniserv instead of xampp.
