He gave me a serious point infraction for the following reasons

In my opinion Havoc you (both) should cool down as RushCrush stated - he didn't know your mom is dead. Also, he didn't insulted your mom on Otland but on MSN.
Sorry to say that, but the fact that your mom & uncle are dead can't be your argument to defend yourself. I'm really sorry for your mom and ucle (really!).
It's probably hard for you, but still - you deserved your infraction and you did break the other rules than just offensive language, you both deserved that.

For the second, you shouldn't talk about that on public (so it's offtopic messages!).

Please, cool down guys, one infraction point (which will expire...) isn't worth those tons of hard words you're throwing up. If you got any private problems, talk about it in private , if you find that it doesn't make any sense, or simply if you don't like each other for the god sake just use 'ignore' function in both cases.

The infraction you recieved was given out properly. You guys went offtopic, you broke several rules and therefor your punishment. It is really nothing to discuss.

This however, is not about you getting an infraction it's really about you wanting RushCrush banned here on Otland for being rude via msn.

Let me ask you something; Would you consider a banishment on otland as a proper punishment for you insulting me via msn? No, I don't think you would. Whatever the circumstances are, we can not take any actions against someone for insulting you via msn, that would be rediculous since it has nothing to do with Otland. As long as it doesn't happen on this forum, it doesn't concern us. Our job is to keep the forums clean, not to solve your personal problems, and especially not if it has absolutely nothing to do with otland.

My advice to you is to stop taking words too serious, especially when you are on the internet.
