Forum otland and connections from Polish ISP

Hello

I'm from Poland and I have connected to my ISP "neostrada". I have dynamic ip (83.10.x.x) and can't connect to otland.net forum.
Hmm now I use my own transparent proxy in France. Why you blocked connections from Polish ISP neostrada? Sorry for my English.

On www.otland.net when I am using my transparent proxy, but now all works fine with proxy.

When did OtLand stop to work for you (perhaps I can remember what I changed on the server that day), and can you check if it works now?

Me too, I'm from Brazil, and it started 1 week ago. But it's a waaaay better today. Did you change something?
