What's the use of these 2 things in config.lua?

useFragHandler and advancedFragList?

And why does the redskull expieres before the frags are gone?

useFragHandler -> If it is "no" then you the !frags command it disable completely
advancedFragList -> !frags command will show you a detailed list with whom you killed and when and such (if "yes"), if it is set to "no" it will only show daily, weekly and monthly frags

Red skull problem -> Did you check your red skull time ?

Like old frag system.

Atm it takes 24h to get -1 frag. I want it example to take just 3 hours to get -1 frag.
