Lua Frag system not working. Rep ++

I have a problem in my ot. Somehow, frags are not working properly. When your red/black skull is gone and you kill a guy (unjustified) you get it again. Anyone knows how to fix? I use 0.3.5_SVN (Crying Damson)

Try updating to 0.3.6

	blackSkullLength = 3 * 24 * 60 * 60
	dailyFragsToRedSkull = 10
	weeklyFragsToRedSkull = 20
	monthlyFragsToRedSkull = 30

Try that, just change the numbers.
