!frags in TFS 0.2

Hello everyone Im wondering if anyone here knows how to implement the talkaction !frags into TFS 0.2? So when you do it you can see the frags you have and when will they be gone, just like on evos and some other old servs.

It must be easy for you guys but Im pretty newbish on lua scripting so I dont know what could I do to make this work.

EDIT: Nvm -.- !kills does the same and I didnt know it existed.
