Just cause it doesn't have wands/rods nor manafluids for 50gp doesn't make it a fail server. But you are entitled to have your opinion.

Experience rate has been slightly improved.
You can buy bp mana fluids from rune shops, just say bp manas.
You can buy wands / rods from rune shops.
You get a wand / rod when you enter main as a sorcerer/druid.
