Update 2016-12-28

Changes:

• Reduced price of assassin stars from 45k to 25k.
• Reduced stamina regeneration time from 3:1 to 2:1 (means 2 minutes offline = 1 minute stamina gain).
• Fixed soulfire rune.
• Fixed a lot of map bugs.
• Added depot on lower level in Ankrahmun.
• Added Serpent Spawns to Goroma.
• Added Earth Elementals & Bog Raider spawn in Edron.

All of those changes are going to be implemented at 29.12.2016 after server save.
